Refund Timelines:
- Donations once made will not be refunded except in cases of genuine error such as duplicate payment or incorrect amount entry.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.
- Upon verification, approved refunds will be processed within 5–15 working days depending on the donor’s bank/payment gateway.
